The Phoenix Corporation (DBA, Lonestar Siding & Windows) warrants to the original purchaser the installation of products to be free from defects in workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. If a defect is determined to be within the scope of this warranty, Lonestar will make all necessary repairs at the expense of Lonestar. This warranty excludes damage or defects resulting from: neglect, misuse, abuse, acts of God, and manufacturer or material defects. This workmanship warranty is not transferrable.

In addition to the workmanship warranty, windows installed by Lonestar carry a lifetime labor warranty. In the event of a manufacturer warranty issue, Lonestar will provide the labor to replace any parts necessary at no charge to the purchaser. This labor warranty applies to the original purchaser of windows only. Replacement labor for other products falls under those product manufacturers’ warranties if applicable. This labor warranty is not transferrable.
