Lonestar is searching for a salesperson who is of an honest, self-motivated with high moral integrity to assist our customers with their home improvement decisions. We specialize in home remodeling including siding, replacement windows, doors, decks, etc.
The position requires an individual to consult with potential customers to discuss their home improvement needs, identify their needs, present options, and provide detailed proposals for scope of work. In addition, the sales professional will perform product demonstrations and explain how Lonestar can meet their home improvement needs.

Part of the sales position requires maintaining and nurturing client relationships for more repeat and referral business. We want to be the go-to home improvement company for our customers, their families, and friends.
Industry experience would be nice, but honesty and integrity are the key features we are looking for in a candidate. Must be organized and be able to manage time efficiently. This position requires full focus and attention to detail in servicing clients, preparing proposals, and implementing contracts. This position is perfect for someone that is looking for long team business stability and building relationship with an honest local family business.
The majority of sales leads will be provided through our extensive marketing plans and effort to build a successful business relationship with the candidate. However, there may be times when the salesperson may need to generate some of their own leads.
Salary will be paid during the training and for a period until adequate business is generated. After the training and development compensation will be based on commission. We have demonstrated over the years very fair compensation between $50, 0000 and $100,000 a year and currently have salesperson performing at a level over $100,000 per year. However potential income is depending on the sales ability of the candidate. We will pay $400 per week during training and development for a limited time.
In addition to initial paid training, a company vehicle and gas card will be provided after 6 months with satisfactory sales numbers provided that the salesperson has a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
