The experience was so good that a few years later we called you back to replace the front porch rails and columns with vinyl. Most recently we called you once again to replace the decking boards on our front porch with Azek decking. Chris just finished that job and it is absolutely beautiful. "I would like to take this opportunity to say how much we are enjoying the windows and siding that were recently installed in our home. We had been considering having this work done for some time. When we finally got serious about the purchase, I consulted with several contractors in the Richmond area. Most of the people we met with were ready to make the quick sell, except for your company. When you came to my home the first time, you got right down to business and measured everything. I was pleasantly surprised that when you were done measuring, not only did you have a detailed estimate of the job, but you also had samples of the windows and siding you would use. Your company was the only one that provided actual samples to see as well as an estimate that laid out exactly what would be done. You also had consideration for my home and took your shoes off when you came in to show me the estimate and the samples. These small elements of great customer service are just the tip of the iceburg. It is becoming more and more difficult to find good workmanship such as provided by Lonestar. Even though Chris was a little grumpy in the morning, he has to be one of your best people assets. He treated our home like it was his own and made sure all of the work was completed to his satisfaction (which I think may be a little higher than mine). Chris and his crew worked like a well oiled machine. They were a blast to be around, so kind to my family and especially kind to our dog, Duke. If we had a question or issue, it was handled immediately. When the job was completed, there was no one standing there with their hand out waiting for a check. We were given time to look over everything and make sure we were happy. As a matter of fact when we did find a few things we were concerned about, your company did not ask for payment until they were corrected. Wow, that is great customer service. All of the Lonestar employees, from Frank and Greg all the way down to the installers went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my decision to use your company and the products you suggested. Although Lonestar did not have the lowest price, I feel I got the best value for my money as well as made some new friends.
